Earbuds for the Deus 2?

I have gotten my D2 and being the first one I have owned I was wondering if anyone uses earbuds? Much cooler than headphones in summer. I have bluetooth units I use and they work well with the buds on my other MD's. Getting out to the beach today to try it out and not sure I will like the headphones that come with it. Messes with my glasses. Thanks JR

I like plugging some mid level Skull Candy ones into the puck. I like the audio response. Also, I don't have to recharge them.

I used to have some "JVeeeC" earbuds, but I found out they were knockoffs when I got an actual pair of JVCs from a local grocery store. The audio response on the real ones was night and day difference.

I'm kinda surprised more people don't go this route. An off the shelf pair of earbuds by a name brand manufacturer has amazing audio. And it blocks the wind and background noise really well.

They make a special adapter for the WS4/WS6 puck, it has a 1/4” jack.
I believe the OP was actually talking about Bluetooth ear-buds.
I do not think you can use Bluetooth ear buds with the XP Deus.

Right after I saw your post I researched them and order them.
 
I ordered the the clip for the puck and a set of Grey Ghost Platinum for the XP headphones. As soon as available I want the RC jack adaptor for main unit. The output from the puck and RC adapter will work with any headphones.

I am using the AKG earbuds that came with my Samsung I bought years ago... AKG wired earbuds. You can order a pack of 5 very cheap and the sound quality is great. The adapter is a simple horse shoe adapter. I got the headphones the other day like them but no where as loud as the adapter!!
 
I don't know about you guys, but my WS6's do not have a jack. There is a power charge port only.
 
Is it the same adapter that works with the WS4s?
