Absolutely true. Not that the other's are bad, just not like White's. Superb customer service is almost impossible to find anymore these days. Customer service is soooo important, that's why I will buy nothing but White's. Thank you White's!

And yes, the Spectrum/XLT is of their best machines ever in either the AA or C battery form.
