Dream hunt becomes a reality....Quarter Grand Slam WITH my FIRST BUST Quarter!:yikes:

Bryce,

I've found 1850s seated with late Barbers. 60 year span. Guess stuff circulated longer back then.

Chris

Now time for a Half Dollar slam.

Totally awesome hunt Bryce !! What a way to find your first Bust quarter as part of a Grand slam .Super congrats and kudos to Heavy D for being a righteous friend .Love those pictures !:thumbup::clapping:

Great day Bryce!! I also have never found a Bust Quarter, I never have found a Seated Quarter either. I am hoping one day I will be so lucky!!

I am with you about idiots pillaging sites and leaving damage. I do not know why a few idiots want to ruin the hobby for the rest of us responsible hunters.

To finally get your quarter grand slam in almost 40 years of hunting
Bryce is quite an accomplishment....Congratulations. I don't think it
would have meant as much to you if you had gotten it in the '80 as
it does now. It is nice to have Really good friends too. Well done bro.
Gold Nuggets :wiggle:

Nice going on that quarter grand slam buddy.:clapping: I think we all have learned that taking pictures of hunting areas with too much background exposure can give away good detecting spots. Loose lips sink ships they say and small pictures are better then large ones. GL & HH on your next outing.

Eddie

WOW Thats awesome Bryce !!!! Congrats on a great hunt !!!!! Glad to see you out and hunting. Good luck on your next hunt.:smoke:

Best slam I ever had was a cent slam several years ago. Dug a beautiful Flying eagle cent and a wheat cent at one location. About an hour later I dig a nice large cent and realize all I needed was the Indian head cent for a cent slam. I swear I walked about 20 feet up the old road and dug the needed indian head. I finished the day off with a copper and zinc memorial cent to actually dig 6 different varities. I thought that was a good day but I'll take your quarter slam over my cent slam any day. Nice going and congrats.

Now thats a GREAT hunt Bryce............fantastic finds.............:drool::thumbup::clapping::super:

Bryce:

You Sir are an inspiration to me, and I'm pretty sure many other Explorer users.

I have never found anything like you have... "That is a fact" But I know from reading your posts it's possible.

You have shown us. Guided many of us via Pm's, and inspired many with your posts Sir.

You take the time to teach anyone who asks, You encourage us always, and most importantly," you show us actual in field experience of what is possible".

Thank you Bryce. Your an exceptional person who I am proud to call my friend, and mentor.

Respectfully,

Elton
