Don’t throw away your old detector!

I found this brass angel pin in an old homesite loaded with iron with the Nautilus 2b, not to mention those 8 IH cents among iron in one spot! I think I'll keep this 25 year old "obsolete single frequency" detector, along with the other two.
 
Nice find ! Me and my hunting partners took our Deus machines to a site down in the low country. A guy my hunting partner knew hammered this little area for 3 years because he found 3 csa buttons there. He hunts with a Nautilus ....We got in the iron and out around the spot where they hammered. Iron was thick....in some spots. We dug well over a hundred non ferrous targets between us. Including two military buttons one confederate A and a Officers staff button and numerous flats buttons. Some will say it was luck ... but it was because our machines could see targets in the iron that theirs just couldn't.. All machines will hit some targets in iron but on some of those masked targets not all machines are created equal......
