Does anyone use the Manitore or Equinox for wet saltwater beach hunting and comparisons on the two.

I still use a Sov GT and find just as much as anyone else with any other machine. More recently I bought an exterra pro because of its light weight and its waterproof..........fabulous machine on the wet sand.
Almost the same here. I've been swinging a Sovereign Elite for the last 10+ years (see profile pic), and just bought an X-Terra Elite, also because it's lighter, waterproof, wireless headphones, and basically grab and go. I have the Minelab Sovereign pouch so I wear the control box around my neck and have the box in a clear plastic bag to keep sand/rain away. But it always seems to take a bit of time to get the gear set up and ready to go. I like that I'll be able to just pick up the X-Terra Elite and start swinging with nothing attached to my body.

I’ve got a few hundred hours of beach hunting with both the Nox 800 and Manti. I agree with others that the Manticore really hits on tiny items and I have found both small silver and gold, and tiny bits of aluminium that are a devil to find.
I run the low conductive program

I wish Minelab would release a 6” coil for the manti as I keep being pushed to my 800 for high target areas

Where can I find those programs to try on my Manticore ?

The low conductive program is in the Manticore sub-menu.----AT General works very good also.
I don't understand the programs.
Low conductor for silver or gold ?
Where can I learn these programs ?
Low conductor for gold (mid to low conductors).-----You can learn about the Manticore programs in the owners manual---it explains the different programs.

Thanks D&P.
Hopefully I figure this thing out before they pry my cold hands off it.
