As for the LEG cramps, try magnesium 250mg / day. My doctor told me to try magnesium and it is the ONLY pill he has told me about or prescribed, that REALLY works. Got rid of the cramps and kept the fluffies and braces.
I'm pretty much switching over to everything I can get from the company. Their products are FABULOUS and their warranty is STELLAR! Anything that comes un-stitched, or becomes defective, I take their prepaid return label and ship the product back for a refund, exchange or replacement. Their customer service is fabulous. These are the socks I wear in my Cross 4 Wetshoes(now discontinued)and I use them year round.
WvRick you can ask KinTn about me. According to the calendar I am 74.5. My mind thinks I am 29 but some times my body wants to know just what the heck my mind is talking about.
After Sunday's three hour hunt at Surfside Beach on Nantucket getting my butt pushed around and having one five foot wave rip my headphones off and slamming into the beach's face...I felt like I was 28 again! Even the cold wind did not phase me one bit. Loving the hobby of Metal Detecting.
I had to break one of my rules about always wearing foot protection...and survived.
No choice as the rough water would have filled my waders. So I took the waders off and went in barefoot.
Unfortunately I was unsuccessful in finding the lost rings I was looking for. But the experience and meeting three very nice people were worth the trip.

Dive boot socks work for me. On top of this I wear dive boots with a homemade velcro strap around my ankle. I'm out there sometimes for 10 -11 hours with no problems in the surf, dry sand, wet sand.....then ride a bike about 3 miles to get back. The only problem I have to watch is that I don't make it too tight.
