Did anyone try Radio Shack's new release

If I don't like what I read....I bury it on my next hunt. People are entitled to their own opinions, and they should have freedom of speach to be allowed to post it in a public forum, else the public forum theroy just doesn't work!

For the most part we're all adults with diverse opinions. Hopefully in sharing those adult opinions we can determine what works for us and what don't. I don't believe that we have a right to publically run anyone down though. However disageements... challanging as they are, are for spoken words of wisdom not harmful or hateful attacks...

You know I've spent good money on several name/brand detectors...Whenit's cold and rainy out...I can't get out doors. So we play on these forums....I'm always joking! Love the fun of life itself!

We don't want Fisher to end up like compass.I'm a die hard CZ and 1200 series user.The way I see it if First Texas new product line is a success Fisher stays in business.Even if they sell their remaining inventory there is a warranty on these older units.Support from First Texas is critical if we are going to continue to keep these older Fisher detectors working.Most Fisher user's are willing to give the new product top consideration.But the potential Fisher customer of this new product is getting caught between two camp's,the critic's and the ones over selling.The net result driving customer's away loss of sales less chance for Fisher survival. Ron
