Detector trip to Europe for me and the wife.

Hi ,I would like to take a trip to Europe and do some detecting/sightseeing.Has anyone ever done this ?I only found one site offering this kind of thing.England Metal Detecting Tours Adventure
Can anyone give me advice on where i should go or some links to similar places that offer this kind of vacation?

You'll be most successful in the UK except for Scotland. It has fewer good sites
to search and has stricter rules for detecting than England. Of the other countries
it's also best to stay away from Spain or Italy. They both frown on detecting. It's
also true that Jim Normandie can answer most of your desires in detecting.
