Deeptech Vista Smart Plus ??

Rick(ND)

Well-known member
I picked this detector up used from a dealer and I dont think this wont work for me as I am mainly a coin hunter and need a threshold for me to detect and wonder if this is made for more relic hunting than coin hunting. If someone has one and use it for coin hunting I would like to hear what they think of it and I may sell it if it don't do good for coin hunting as I just have too many detectors around.

Mark, The Smart Plus can be used at old homesites where most non-ferrous targets are dug. The detector is great on Civil War sites as well.
If you are using it as a coin machine in general, you might think about upgrading to a Vista X. The Smart Pro will identify all n-f targets and
give a high tone. After some time, you can start to differentiate targets by the sound of the audio but that is going to take a while and
a lot of digging of trash targets to get there. HH Richard...
