Cut silver (no clue!), buckle and pre-CW Great Seal button

Today's short lunch hunt was exciting for me! I dug a nice Great Seal button (prior to cleaning, anyway) from L Hayden & Scovill which, per my literature, dates between 1811 and 1827. A first for me! Then the fancy buckle was fun to find. But this piece of cut silver... I'm assuming it's Spanish, but I can't match these details to anything Spanish! Any guesses? Please and thanks!

The cut silver is a very small target, nice find. Might want to give some thought about cleaning the button. Sometimes cleaning makes them better, and sometimes they look worse. It's a nice button. Good hunt.

Thank you! Yeah, in hindsight, I wish I hadn't tried to wet-clean it. Most of the time it works well for me, but not this time.
