ctx and sunray headphones

Oh, and thank you C&RHunter for answering my question after all the discussion. Right switch down gives me low volume. Right switch up gives me dead headphones. Contacting sunray service tomorrow.

Getting that answer was hardly painful at all.....

Talked to Sunray a bit ago. He's certain there is a broken wire somewhere. They're boxed and in the mail. Very happy to know the problem I not with the new machine.

Derek,

If you have the original SR Pro Gold headphones and have the right switch in the down position you will get low volume on the CTX 3030. If in the up position your volume should be fine. It sounds like a break in wiring in the cable or muff. Contact John Smith at johnsmith55@bellsouth.net or phone him at 205-752-5523. He builds our phones and provides all warranty and non-warranty repair. Do not send them to Sun Ray as we do not repair them and have no replacement parts. John will assist you and tell you the procedure for sending them in for repair. Thank you.

Thanks Ralph, that's who I spoke to this morning. Much appreciated.
