It's really neat to imaging how and why a rifle part got to be where you dug it. Nice find.
 
Flipper does not recommend disarming escavated civil war shells with a ball pein hammer.:biggrin: You may go BOOM if you try that. If you do decide to try this method be sure to gather some of your buddies around and right before using the hammer be sure and say " Hey Y'all, watch this":biggrin:
