I bought this one on eBay for $62 not powering on,I just wanted the coil. Once I got the machine I realized the coil is hardwired,well that sucked...so I got to looking at it and somone replaced the battery terminal and wired it backwards,,I changed them around and it fired up, works great.

I bought this Golden umax for $85 with no coil..the threshold switch was broke off which isn't a big deal to me,I still can turn the threshold and will fix it .but I strapped a ckeansweep coil to it and it works great, machine is like new except for the threshold switch..Some good deals out there if you take the time to look,,and tesoro is only getting harder to get and more in demand in my opinion..

Thats what I was thinking also ,, maybe a stock unit could match that price ,, I might would be tempted to sell for that price .

I usually keep an eye on Compadres on fleabay. It has been a while since I have seen one sell for less than what they cost new but $550? I think not.
