Compadre

Waved my compadre of a vial of 2 grams of gold dust I have from my other hobby and the Compadre picked up on it. It would disc. out just above iron. Interesting. Now I just have to find a highly concentrated pocket of gold dust. LOL (or look for dropped vials from other miners:laugh:)

I agree and understand they are not depth demons but I would think it would hit a silver dime airtesting outside more than 4 inches but then whos to say it want in the ground like I said I am going to take it on a test run this weekend and judge for myself on depth and performance . I read a lot of good things on the Compadre so not giving up on it before the actual field trial . I did do one test on it just out in the back yard and buried wifes gold ring hit it solid everytime at 6 inches dug it up and place a rusted nail beside it and turned disc up above 2 and still a soild hit one direction other direction was iffy
