It's something , where some hunters prefer traipsing around iron, tin , not to mention jaggers, poisonous plants, snakes, bees etc.
Comparing to wallowing around in a sea of tabs, alum slaw, foil, beer caps. Not to forget wading into drop offs, sharks, rip tides, tides in general. Might be why so many different machines.

Most people that have the Equinox are reporting that it is the best in trash that they have ever used. I believe it must be from all the reports. They also say it's not that deep. I believe that too. I don't hunt trashy parks. I hunt old colonial sites. I use deep machines because the targets are spread out. I hunt sites where good targets are far apart.

In my soil it is deep dude. I have pulled 9 inch coins in nail infested sites.
