Coil test

Whites states that if you can set you RX to 15, and not overload, your coil is good. This of course is the third revision on how to test for a bad D2 coil. They continued to modify the test to reduce the rate of coil failure. I believe the introduction of the V3i revision helped cover the failure of the D2 coil by making it almost impossible for the D2 to overload with the TX Boost off. My feeling is if you can set your RX to 15 with TX Boost ON without overloading your coil is good. The null shifts and you loose stability largely do to the 22.5 frequency. I where a tinfoil hat on a regular basis, so this is just my opinion.
