Cleaning Wheaties

a little bag of walnut hull median for brass shell casings at the gun shop works in my old vibrating style cleaner. put a squirt of brasso for kicks, looks great. water found silver that is black comes out looking gun blue almost, not using the brasso. its just cool looking. some say, the coin collectors, dont clean it! well if it isnt worth a penny to start with, make it look like you want it! now my 1876 seated liberty quarter, look but dont touch! but gotta try the lint, have piles with all the laundry we do. a pro relic hunter i know has always used his dryer lint to put fragile buttons in to transport, always has a plastic container of it in his gear, and small plastic containers to put individual buttons in. i have tried electolysis homemade job on extreme corroded coins with mixed results. there are safety issues from byproducts and other things.
