Gold coin hoard totaling 800+ pieces found in Kentucky
A multimillion-dollar hoard of more than 800 U.S. Civil War-era coins was recently unearthed by a metal detectorist from a cornfield somewhere in the state of Kentucky.

Where can we find the back story of them being found in 1926. I'm interested, cause I think there alot more of this story to tell or not being told. Thanks.

I guess the NGC just dropped a message on the ole interweb that all 700+ coins will be graded & slabbed. They had a bit of a write up on it as well.
