Cheap way to ship

Im not related in anyway to the web site just passing it along.....

Shipping prices are going through the roof. Ive found another much cheaper way to ship, Pirateship.com. Just measure box, enter weight and they will quote prices for various shippers including,
USPS & UPS. Print and attach label and hand to your postman. You can set up for home pickup from USPS or drop off which ever is easier. They provide tracking numbers too.

Been shipping 20 pounds of shells back and forth from FL for $15. The catch is the box has to be less than 35" girth. There's a special 'cubic rate' based on size. You wont find this at the regualr post office or their web site. Been using Pirateship for the last couple of years. Easy, peasy !!!! Yes, you have to sign up and register a credit cards but that's the norm nowadays.

out of curiosity I Just checked price on what a package I just recently shipped through USPS from Arizona to Tennessee would have cost if I used Pirateship.com, I could not friken believe it the price difference, it was less than half the cost of what I paid USPS, I could have shipped the package i just shipped next day for less than half the cost USPS charged me Unbelievable

And even worse they would have picked up the package at my house and saved me the headache and gas of running around to get the package to the post office.

Now I am even more ticked off than what I was when I shipped that package out, What a friken scam these shipping companies are running on people
i wish I had of known about this pirateship.com sooner, I will dang sure be using pirateship.com in the future.

You better check what the Better Business Bureau has to say about them. It is not good.
Do you have a link to what you are talking about, all I could find was they are not BBB accredited and also a couple of complaints from a couple of people shipping internationally.

I have been using it for a few years now. I have probably shipped over a thousand small packages from my Etsy store. Saved about a buck a package. Never had a single problem.

that's the same ones I read, the package I shipped I used USPS to ship it and it is currently lost also so using a shipper like USPS, UPS or FedEx is no different from what I read about pirate ship in my opinion my package is currently lost somewhere and USPS has no clue where that somewhere is all I get is a run around so I may as well have used Pirate ship and paid less money to ship and lessened the aggravation by saving quite a bit of money on what I shipped out

No disrespect meant to anyone but the BBB is nothing but a scam. (Not nearly as bad as the AKC) As long as you pay them to be a member they immediately rate your company trusted, 100% etc. It is more of an advertising company than anything. I know this because when I had a business and was a member I seen it. You can get as much and probably much more from other sites and reviews.

You can always have USPS pickup packages from your home. There is a form online to arrange home pickup... However, I just put my flag up, leave a note in my mailbox,
'Package for pickup by garage' !!!!! Works great in NJ But recently had problems in FL !!!

I started using Pirateship about two years ago and have had good service with them. Piece of advice though, choose to download the shipping label rather than print it out. Because once you hit print and say your printer has a hiccup, and you hit that print button again, you just bought two shipping labels. Don't bother to ask how I know this.

Pirateship is just the service. USPS has lost around 8 packages out of over a thousand for me. The carrier is the problem.

I mis-spoke, 1800 packages

Always a learning curve when using new Apps.

Yeah, I finally got my refund, only after waiting 30 days So that USPS could verify the package number wasn't used twice on two packages.
