Chargers

Have you guys in the States got chargers for your machines?

Had mine for a week or so, and still waiting for the battery charger, didn't come in the box, nor did the dvd.

Just wanted to find out the rating of the charger so that I can charge the pack and save some money on batts
Cheers

It sounds like a good question for the engineers. I don't think I would try to charge them without the proper charger or you might damage the batteries. Many of the chargers for the NiMH batteries are multi-stage chargers.

Mine came with a charger for the sealed battery pack. Just drop the pack in the charger and the indicator lights indicate charging and charged.
For the alkaline battery pack, I use NiMH rechargeable batteries - I take the batteries out to charge them in a separate charger for AA cells.
I have not received the manual or a DVD yet. I sent in a card that was in the box.

They are at the distributors now and dealers should have them in a day or two. For others....they are in the mail. (Sure will be good to see this one behind us!) As far as the charger for Europe...could it be that production of the European chargers is a bit behind? Has the Scotland plant been into V3 production yet?

I'm not sure if anything is actually produced in the UK, I thought it was a service centre, and that all the machines came in from the States.

I may be wrong, I don't know.

But the machine is very good, I like it a lot and just wish I could get out more with it, looks like we're in for some really heavy rain for the next few days or so:lmfao:

Chargers came today, don't those batts charge quick, beats waiting 16 hours!

No sign of the DVD yet, look forward to watching the bids on a big screen.
