sounds good, can you provide some details, ie weight savings, which camlocks will be used (better than stock?), price?

Pete........ how about a picture of it? You guys make some dang good stuff. got a cost line yet? did you do the lower shaft as well? I assume you had to drill that hole for their handle...... dang i hate its a fixed handle because its just a little off for me. It would have been interesting to have seen a thinner two piece even if the area under the handle had to be built up. Looking forward to it Pete.

Hey Dew... how do. We will have pics in a day or 2. The shaft is 36" long, has the hole machined for the handle, has the hole machined for the factory armcuff as well as our own aluminum unit. It comes with a cf 27" lower rod. We did something a little different with this shaft by adding through holes for the lower rod spring pin. This will give a better stability and will help if larger coils are introduced. Check your Messenger messages...

It might be nice if someone could design and built an offset shaft to mimic the S shaft that many desire to reduce the torquing that bothers some.

Some have already did that by using the S shaft off various machine. To me thou the S shaft was off balanced and some got the angle right ..... others didnt. The machines i could i switched to a straight shaft..... then i could adjust the balance. I think this machine shows.... no matter how light you make a machine...... its going to be nose heavy. Thanks Pete i did a reply to your messenger by the way.

By the way Pete got one of your cuffs in today. I prefer the way they bolt.... good solit fit with no wabble. Extremely strong and light.

By this you mean you changed out the one that came stock if so do you posting which one you used

Barry no it was the standard one Andersons make. I got it to put on another CF shaft for an Xcal. I prefer the holes in the side and the extended bottom. That extended bottom that goes over the shaft really helps keep the wear down on the shaft and the aluminum cuffs.... takes a lot more torque without movement. The cuffs are lighter than you think by looking at a picture too.

This is good news can’t wait for them to release for sale

My new shaft is now stiff as can be had to play with it a bit for the cuff though

Curious as the machines are already light, is this really helping balance or ???
Thx
