Can't find Silencer

I have D2 version 0.6 and don't know if that's the latest...but I can't find silencer. Watching vids of people from a month ago getting to silencer from "expert" under "discri." I don't have discri...I only have
"Discri IAR" with no "expert." Any help would be appreciated...thanks!

You must be in the Relic or gold programs, it's not available in those programs.
