Butterbean just went out and got his 12 pound butterball turkey for turkey day, bet I eat it all within three days :razz:

Just curious as to what different areas do for stuffing.
 
brown some Bob Evans Farm sausage (with sage) in a pan
fry up some bacon
slice up some mushrooms and Granny Smith apples
chop celery and onions and saute them in butter along with the mushrooms
mix above stuff and cornbread in a LARGE mixing bowl
throw in some pecans
add some chicken broth to wet the whole mess down.
shove it up the turkey's butt

Damn! is it good.
