Busted detecting curb strips

This is why i only hunt curb strips in front of vacant property. As someone else said....being smart trumps being right. You cant blame home/property owners for disliking when someone is out digging in front of their home or property , if they have to maintain it then they should have some say in it , no matter who owns it. But nobody will complain about vacant property.
