Bottle cap mode "3b" works well, (Repost)

I have the older T-2 and I don't remember it having a 3b mode, i'll have to check the next time I hunt

I had one of the first models, had an issue with the handle breaking off so I sent it in. Instead of repairing the broken handle they sent me a replacement and it had the 3b mode feature.

The 3b mode really works, greatly reduces bottle caps once the user gets dialed in, its a good mode to use when searching for clad. Wouldn't recommend 3b for relic hunting or searching for deep coins, will loose some depth with 3b.

If the newer T2 Classic has 3b, I may spring for one in the future.

HH, Paul

It helps eliminate bottle caps, don't remember the particulars been a long time having used a T2. Just remember it did an excellent job helping me reduce bottle caps.

Thanks for asking,
Paul
