Blue Tooth Jack..

Absolutely! I cut the cord a long time ago.
The only thing you need to keep in mind is if your dongle requires an adapter, be sure to get one that's stereo. Mono adapters won't work properly.

What would you recommend, do they make waterproof jacks?
Stereo..?

I honestly don't know what to recommend these days. I have an old Auvio setup that was the first to have "Kleer" technology, which at the time had the lowest latency.
I know that the TDK WR700 wireless phones are good, and even though discontinued they can still be had new for about $100. The TDK WR780 wireless phones might be okay, and they only run around $50.

As far as the jack goes, I don't think that you're going to find an effective waterproof arrangement. And "yes", stereo. For some reason Minelab used stereo jacks, so mono adapters don't work as they should. Using stereo phones with a stereo jack on the machine and a stereo adapter insures that you'll have audio in both ears.
