I'm still trying to get it nailed down to which detector I want to start shopping around for. Open to any advice but I've narrowed it down to picking between one of the Whites PI or VLF water machines. If anyone hunts and/or knows what is the best machine for Central Ca beaches ( Carmel/Monterey/Santa Cruz area ) let me know what you think. I have quite a bit of black sand on the beaches here but I don't have any idea if there's a deep iron problem at any of them. PI or VLF ? Which model ? Why ? All advice welcome. Thanks.
