Best Detector no matter the cost

I don't understand the comments made such as the mxt is for finding newer coins or one detector is better at finding relics than coins.I own an m6 which is basically a simplified version of the mxt and over here in England it finds ancient thin silver coins better than a lot of detectors.....i feel if it can find these it can find any kind of coin.I also own a Nautilus which i have heard described as primarily a relic hunter......i can tell u now that it's the best detector i've used both on relics or coins. At the end of the day it detects metal no matter what shape or age the metal is so how can one detector be better at finding relics or another only be good on modern coins.Am i missing something??
