How long does the relief last. ?? Been thinking of getting something for the knees ,,, it's hard to get motivation to do anything when it hurts just to walk.

For me it works better after the fact. My spine (like a lot of people) has degenerative discs. So if I do any lifting I later have that
catch when you move, you know? I apply it before I go to bed, sometimes it takes a couple of days. If you use roll on it's
really important to roll in one direction only not criss cross, usually length-wise on the muscle. Never tried the gel though.
It smells like icy hot or bengay at first but the smell goes away and it's better to keep the area covered(but don't use a
heating pad!). Knees are tough. I'm on ladders everyday so my knees are about gone too. I use ice a lot too to get rid of
inflammation. I can't say biofreeze is long lasting but for a topical it goes pretty deep. For me it sux getting old!!

Hey dawg, my wife just told me she uses it on her knees for work and it lasts 8 hrs. She works in retail on her feet all day!

Thanks Okie,, I'll pick some up and give it a try. Im up and down ladders some to,, but just walking is a chore sometimes. I've got some arthritis,, and supposed to get knee surgeries,, just cant take off of work long enough to do all of that.

Extra-Strength or regular. Over the counter in Canada. Or have to doctor prescribe the rub even stronger compounded by your pharmacy.

Right knee and right thumb have reached the point that i had to use something. Local Ortho type recommended and wrote me an RX for Voltaren Gel. There is now a generic available. I have been using it for a few years with good results.

Yep wish I could afford 55 gal drum,believe it or not ,but I got a Gallon container about two years ago @ $99.00 and will last for long time Wonder what a gallon would cost now days?

yep, I have two tubes of the early model there is a new product of Voltaren the old tube was a cream.

The VA gives me Diclofenac Cream (Voltaren), also a traction device for the Lower back, and one for the neck (degeneritive disks) another weekly routine to take time away from a busy retired life.Work your entire life to feel it when you get old.

My girl got some from the character I've tried it a few times with ok results. I found out in a bad way of usng icy hot on sore shoulder after I warmed up it burned like HELL. I'm curious of reults from CBD oiI her Dr said get product thats made in Seattle figuring its better contrlled quality. best of luck

My dad suffers from arthritis, he can no longer do simple chores around the house. I feel very sorry for him, he doesn't like taking pills, he says they give him diarrhea. He, of course, so jokes, recently started smoking cigarettes, alcohol does not drink. I asked him why he smoked, and he said it made him feel better. A friend advised in maeng da kratom . Someone knows some other ways to relieve pain or just what to do, also use Biofreeze. We also tried some patches and ointments , the effect is very temporary. I want him to be healthy, take care of yourself.
