Being a commercial builder I am prediposed to looking for the 'green patch' on rubber boots which indicates that they have a steel toe and shank. If those boots were safety boots then it adds a whole new twist to the title of this post. I also noticed that the first hunter was catchin a lot of air on his swings, that's got to make the hunting much harder on an iron infested beach.
Great video as always and I love to see those old coins showing up through patient hunting of a tough beach.

[size=large]I wouldn't be surprised if those boots had a steel toe and or shank.....that gentleman is a newbie to the hobby (atleast beach hunting) and I was highlighting him in the video to point out some of the things he was doing wrong down there and also to show how inadequate single frequency machines are on a beach like that......but that was a good call on those boots....I wouldn't have noticed that....HH....Brian[/size]
