Beach find what looks like melted lead?

I work the beaches here in RI with my Surfemaster PI DUal Field, and I keep finding what looks like small globs of melted lead (picture was to big to attach). Has anyone else come across these or does anyone know what they are?

I've found a lot of melted aluminum that I figured was from cans thrown in a fire. Have also found some lead that I was thinking was either from nearby plumbing work or maybe spill from someone making their own fishing sinkers.
 
Find alot of melted aluminum type alloy blobs, various sizes. Falls off big ships full of the stuff, coming in and out of one of the ports. Usually ends up on the edge of the gravel nearshore, lake michigan.
