BATTERIES, Does the Tejon work well with rechargeable batteries?

What experiences have you had with rechargeables in Tesoro detectors?

I use a rechargeable niMH 9v battery in my Vaquero...works just fine.

Expect about half the hunting time of good alkalines and unlike alkalines that slowly lose power rechargeables just seem to go dead almost immediately after working well for the duration of their charge. Carry an extra set for these times...

get the voltage of the batteries checked before you buy and go for the highest because they not always the same!and buy the bigest capacity: 1500mAh or if you find a biger!
