Basic ear training CD for Excalibur

ToniSteve said:
It is a well done CD and it would be sad and a real shame to see that the originator/author/composer/producer is not fairly compensated for it. I am glad that you weighed in on this Electro.

Best regards,
Steve

Thanks Steve....The poster does raise a good point in that it is possible that the CD is not being made available overseas. I have already emailled Kellyco and will post their answer here or I will ask them to respond on the forrum. In the event Kellyco cannot sell overseas I will sell directly or look for a vendor overseas. By the way I mailed out Bazza (the thread originator) a BETFE CD on the house. Also I realize that hunters on occasion burn a copy of the CD and give it to their hunting buddies. The funny thing is that in many cases these people with the passed along copies become big advocates and end up selling more CD's based on their kind feedback. In fact one of the posters on this forum had such a copy and I know for a fact that he has helped sell more than 100 CD's. But I have to draw the line at people selling the CD (as new/not in the cases where it is used) or in asking for it to be burned in exchange for other goods. Also I normally pretty much stay off the forums in regards to commenting on the CD in that I respect all the hunters opinions both pro and con.

Best of Luck in your hunting

Tony

Fair one mate, PM sent. I understand totally

Be good to do some overseas trade. Plus i will do my best to get some sales over here via a well known UK forum, lots of people use the Excal over here too.

I have emailed the guy that offered to burn me a copy and told him that i will go direct with the author.

Thanks
Steve

No Harm No Foul. I am flattered in that individuals want to have the CD. For what it's worth it's just a tool to learn the excal faster. If anybody has difficulty getting it feel free to pm me here. My offer to donate copies to forum for admin use still stands.

Best Regards

Tony

You could sell direct from your website, add say paypal or visa as direct payment and then once payment confirmed a link to an electronic copy for download the same as many companies do with the likes of programs and games, would open sales up worldwide and cut out middlemen and also production costs/postage etc. also instant for the buyer. rather than having to wait for a cd being posted half way round the world to arrive(just my opinion)

I can understand steves post, first trying to get the original CD by various means, that being unfruitfull a copy is the next best thing, as you can see from his offer he wasn't trying to get a free pirated copy and was prepared to get a copy by payment of an equal/more value item

What i am prepared to do is offer this CD to the UK market, if I can get 10 copies I am more than prepared to advertise it on my website, the UK is in between the US and Australia so i am sure it will sell well in Europe

Just a thought, and yes Kered your right, i didn't want it for nothing, but its sorted now anyway mate

Regards
Steve

All is well that ends well! It is a fine product and deserves wider distribution!

Kind Regards,
Steve

Will the CD provide the same training for the Sov, or do they simply have a totally different set of tones?

Everything is pretty much the same other then the tones. Everything is relative, there are good things on this cd that can be applied to the Sov GT. The nuance within the tones are the same. Hard for me to explain, but the CD will be helpful in relationship with the Sov.

Best regards,
Steve
