A Row---I was Very stiff and sore on the 4 day and stayed home--Not very warm here Snowed 2 hrs ago but gone now---Take It Easy But Keep on A Hunting Till You Find That Gold Coin !
 
I understand all about the laying off for a while. Yesterday was pretty nice but I had to heal up some. Weather has turned nasty here so I got a good excuse to loaf another day or two. Gold coin? Heck, I'd settle for good silver! HH Bob
 
kinda smart with the exercise. I watch my heart rate pretty carefully. You wouldn't think so but it can actually get too high if I try to hunt fast. HH Bob
