I found that when hooking up the coil and headphone plugs that the o-ring would get "caught" on the edge and would not make a good seal as I was pushing the connector in.

I would also check the battery door, but unlikely that's the problem.

I also noticed this with mine and everytime I plug in the Coil or Headphones I always double check to see if I pushed the connector in all the way
