use the 11" Pro coil that comes with the SE Pro, or a 10" x 12" SEF coil while learning and listening?
I am brand new to the hobby, and received my first machine Monday. The wife gave me the okay to buy the SEF coil at the point of purchase.
I was out hunting our local park yesterday & today using the SEF, and this got me thinking that perhaps I should be using the stock coil instead of the SEF while learning and listening. I'd really like to hear everyone's opinion.
I am listening to Bryce, Andy and so many others that have strongly suggested to leave the factory settings during this initial learning process. The only 2 buttons I have touched on the face plate is power and noise cancel so far. And as difficult as it is to not tinker with the settings, I intend to use the factory settings for at least the first 10-15 hours, maybe more, who knows.
I do have many questions,
but I think it best, for now, to just use the machine before throwing out question after question. Chris
