beware it might be a WW2 japanese midget sub --and could easily still have explosives on board (they were loaded with explosives and were sent on one way trips to ram into a large war ship) be very careful!! most failed and their crews died. might want to talk with the proper local folks ---these craft a are quite rare bit of history.
