Go to a plumbing store They should have someting look like

the round ones are similar to tap washer seatings, as above in a plumbers store, you could pick up some toilet seat bolts while your there, any minelab dealer should have the teardrop ones.
I make mine from bycicle tyre cut with scissors, its a bit thicker than the inner tube but if you cut a few and put them in together it works. You can also look in any hardware store for rubber door matting that is about the same thickness and cut out the shape, 1 matt will make loads, and if you have a punch the size of the round ones you can make them too. Some engineer stores also have a rubber material they use for making joints in large bore tubes / valves, this works too(one close to a shipyard or breakers will probably be the best bet)
the only problem with the homemade ones is they don't have that little blob on the pointed end but work ok, Just some ideas, cheaper than paying about $5 a go for the minelab ones

I sent email to kellyco regarding this issue and i copied Anderson on it, today i get email from anderson, they are shipping washers today

You could get some tin snips or scissors and cut the excess material off and make them round. No reason to waste them. Jim

Max - what kind of ugly white bolt you using there? I have just a few left of the custom made 5/16" x 2.5" glass reinforced nut and bolt sets (amazing compared to stock Minelab).
Let me know if you need one - Gulf Hunter just got his recently and OBN gets his when he gets home from digging up all the gold in OC, MD...

my buddy JW has gotten involved now and all is taken care of.
