This morning I went over yesterdays cut. I must be more thorough than I thought as I didn't find a single keeper in it and only avoided being skunked by chasing out a few coins near the beach. I was rather glad when it started to rain heavily so that I could go home.
This evening I did a not very promising stretch of beach and managed to ferret out about

How much sand has moved to form the cut. Down in South Wales there has been no movement at all except maybe the wrong way, filling the beaches up. Is it natural sand novement, I don't remember any particually strong winds of late
