An e-trac noob should never ________

Aaaaaand, my e-trac just arrived from Bart at big boys hobbies. He cut me a sweet deal on an e-trac and garrett pro pointer. Now if the ground would only thaw. 😄

Try hunting one way only with the ETrac. I hunted conductive the first four years of owning my ETrac. I learned TTF and it has opened up many hunted out areas that were too trashy for conductive.

I am finding much more silver (and now relics) by swapping between modes and using TTF when the iron gets heavy.

You won't be sad about investing in an ETrac.

Bart was offering a sweet deal by giving an Etrac along with a Propointer and Lesche digging tool. I tried to get a friend to take advantage of the deal, but his wife decided the grand daughter needed summer camp more than he needed a new detector!:surprised:

Happy hunting and be prepared to finds lots of deep, neat stuff.

An e-trac noob should never look for silver on the first hunt. Stick to clean clad parks to learn the machine.

A noob should never forget to refill his holes!......nge
