Ace 250 will get my chance

Hi Doug,
Wish I could tell you more but I'm still trying to learn what the Ace is telling me. I've found some neat relics at 6 to 8 in. in Jewelry Mode (9X12 coil). But it likes to lock on to alum. In Relic Mode it seems to go deeper (according to the size of the target)on rusty targets(9X12 coil). It really likes copper and brass. Haven't found any gold yet with it so I can't say on that. The Ace really likes coins especially silver and copper (quarters, dimes, pennies)and will hit on coins in all modes. I have a ADS II with 9,12,15 in. coils and a bloodhound two box attachment I used for relic huntin, and also a 5900 Di with 3 coils but they are heavy machines. I bought the Ace for the light weight plus everyone praising it. Maybe in the future I'll be able to let you know more, after I learn it a little more about the Yeller Feller.

So far so good, it's a fast, easy to use and inexpensive machine. It will go along with me, just wish the weather would allow more time now.
I like the sniper coil for the trash areas, and the sunray pro gold headphones with adjustable volume.
I won't yet hang up my other machines, but the ACE 250 has found another home and I'll be bringing the yella-fella along with me. I normally take two machines with me, and if I go any distance or depending on tag-along friends, I'll sometimes take three. I have been reading the other helpful posts.
I have also posted a coil question in the "Metal Detector" section, which actually has to due with the stock coil for my yella-fells...
