photo/screen capture program that is easy to use. Take the free trial, i used it to capture that little GIF pic from another place and can't put it here on the smileys, so i insert them where i want just like uploading a picture.

right click on a picture on almost any site and even email and then click on "Save Image As" and pick a location. Then you have it. It will usually be a jpg or a gif. Works with both.
I also use Snagit, as you know and love it but if you want the whole picture this works easy.
