A little disappointed with CKG service

Recently plunked down $400 for two 8x11" scoops with travel handles for a Florida trip for my wife and I. Lost one of the Allen Head bolts and nuts that secure the handle to the scoop while detecting (guess I didn't tighten it enough).

Sent CKG a message through their contact us portal asking if I could order a replacement set.
They replied that they don't have a parts inventory and can't help me. C'mon, there literally has to be thousands laying around.

It's not like I can't run to a hardware store but having matching bolts to go with the Allen Wrench they supplied would have been nice since I bought a pair...

They obviously don't build them, hope they last ok.

I looked at a lot of scoops inho most are junk I found a closet queen older sunspot its the best built scoop ive ever used. especially in the rocks!

Stinks to hear this. I have 2 of their scoops and right away put Threadlock on what I saw was a future issue. So far so good.
