A detector that can see THROUGH iron/aluminum.

It's not that the E-Trac can "see Through" Iron/Aluminum. (IT's a METAL DETECTOR), but if you understand the machine you can determin if there is silver near, by the change in tone and the numbers.

I understand that John. I was being funny.
You can also do that with the SE if you know your machine.

Hey Bob, what are you hunting with these day's. I know you sold your E-Trac. Bob I know you know your stuff, and I am always interested in your advice. You have been at this longer than me. . My remark was just a general statement and not aimed at you. :beers: By the way how many people are you allowing on you hunt this spring?

I can't seem to get away from my Shadow X5 and I'm back to swinging an X-Terra70.
Thinking seriously of getting back into an SE. Kind of miss the Explorers. They tend to grow on you.
As for the Spring Hunt, I'm looking to put 50 people in the field this spring. Will make for some good prizes as all the fees you folks pay go right back into the Hunt. Right now I have 35 signed up and expect a full boat by the end of this month.
Going to be a great time for all.

Ill bet his machine digs the coins out from underneath the 1/8 inch sheet of metal too ......probably with out removing the metal first.....
