A beautiful lady:yikes:...an Injun'...some silver...and 3 hours of fun.:clapping:

WTG Bryce. Who cares about the coins:biggrin:. I believe you got a keeper there bud---and I aint talkin about your finds:beers:
Im happy you got some hunting in and Im even more happy you shared the pictures:clapping:

I haven't found gold in my last 5 beach trips so I came here for a lift in spirits. WOW did your post give that to me and more.
Very nice post and some beautiful pics. Oh and the coin finds were not bad either:bouncy:Wonderful heartfelt post. Sounds like you needed a fun break.

SORRY I DIDN'T RESPOND SOONER BUT I WAS STILL LOOKING AT THE PICS :rofl: WOWZY..AWESOME FIND....AND THE COINS AIN'T BAD EITHER :surprised:

bryce i would love to try and meet up with you sometime to hunt if you ever found the time. i know from your posts tha you have lots to attend to right now but sure would be fun. thanks for a pleasant post again. good finds and a nice time with your gal. im glad she had fun. best wishes to your father too.
do you find urself using the se-the etrak or the explorer2 more?

I wanted to thank you all for responding to my post and sharing the good times with me.

I would love to respond to each one of you personally...but if a person responds to his own post a bunch of times...it bogs down the forum...fills up the page... and gets on a few peoples nerves:cool:...so I decided to respond this way.

This hobby and what it brings to the table for me...is PRICELESS. It's gotten me through some very tough times...and I thank you for being there with me.

I deleted my first response after checking my messages because 4 or 5 of you mentioned something about trying to get together and hunt.

Believe me...I would LOVE to...but everything with dad's health...mowing...mowing again...then MORE mowing:bouncy:...really eats up me personal time.

In the very near future I might try to organize a little get together so a few of us can meet up and pound a couple of my IL parks if your in the area.

She's definitely your best find ever!

Hey Bryce, shes a keeper for sure. I think thats awesome that at least she is giving it a shot.:clapping: My soon to be "ex" wouldnt even think of trying to metal detecting, or anything else for that matter that I was interested in. :rage:
Just wondering, how come you Harley guys always refer to your wives, girl freinds as "lady"? I had this dude come over to appraise my house, really nice guy in his mid 50's. He explained he was going through a mid-life crisis (me to, except I'm 44, hope mines over by then) so he and his buds bought Harleys and he grew his hair long. Actually, he had a really long pony tail, super nice dude. Anyway, he kept refering to his girlfreind of 20 yrs as his "lady". I thought it was curiously funny, I can think of alot of other names for my "lady", however they wouldnt be appropriate for this website. :rage:
I hope the best for your father and that his health improves. I am right there with you as regards time. Going through a nasty divorce and fighting for custody over 2 children hasnt left with either.
Hang in there.

HH! Aaron
