A terrible case of sun poisoning on my back and shoulders. I am in the stage of cayenne pepper rubbed all over my upper back. Good Golly. It hurts. Benadryl and cortisone itch spray at the moment.
Haven't counted the 8th outing. Not much because of a miserable itch. Will post later!!!
