70 acre farm field - Spanish Silver

I went back to the 70 acre field I've been investigating. I've recovered many 1700's era flat buttons, just a matter of time before Colonial money starts showing itself. Found this 1781 1/2 Real this morning.

Not very deep - 4 inches. The key is that the site doesn't appear to have been worked before. Also, very clean. Appears that the this part of the field has been cleared/plowed for many years.

Nice find, do you want to send it to a museum? If I were you, I would do so, such things shouldn`t be sold in any way. Usually they are lost that way, and as life shows, not everyone treats such things with care. My father, a farmer, also found a tip during his work, immediately went to the museum for the examination. It turned out to be from the neolithic era, not bad, right? We, of course, gave it back. In general, if you imagine how big is an acre visually, then you realize how much interesting things can be in the ground. But I don't think we're going to explore every acre=)
