It is very true ... that the new Prizm 6T is going to appeal to some hobbyist more than the MXT. It is quite true that the 6T has some appealing features not available on the MXT (such as notch discrimination, 9-tone audio ID, back-light, and all controls at-the-ready for adjustment with the operating hand), but that doesn't mean that it's going to be better than an MXT.R-bass said:Is it true that the 6T is better in all detecting?
I like the Prizm 6T, owning one and using it. The same is true for the Matrix M6 (I've owned two) and the MXT (of which I have owned 4). But I haven't heard anyone say the 6T would necessarily "out-perform" the MXT, although I have read where some prefer the 6T to the MXT for the types of detecting they generally engage in. Like like the balance and feel better, the adjustability (controls), and the notching ability and 9-tone audio ID.R-bass said:some people are saying
