I was probably out for twice as long and got a pocket full of half rotted zincs, modern clad, two wheats, and a kid’s plated ring. I have never found a seated. That would make my week!

I've found a few seated dimes on the farm here. What's strange is they all look like they were dropped a few days after being minted. These fields have been planted every year, I think, since before "The War Between the States". You would think fertilizer, etc. would have done a job on them but not so.

I’d definitely hunt 4 hours if I knew I was gonna find a seated dime! That’s an awesome day to me

I searched longer and found less….
I searched for about 5 hours last a Sunday and ended up with two bullets and a button… I was happy just to find the first bullet
