2 More Rings With The Tiger Shark:tesoro::cool:

Prodigy

Went back to the lake again. This time I changed strategies, gridding the beach so i wouldn't miss a signal. Not long into the hunt a little girl asked me if i was fishing and the first thing that popped into my head was a post by Dig, so i said yeah this attracts the fish while i use this (the scoop) to bash there heads in haha. I'm just kidding, she really did ask me and that really popped into my head but i couldnt be that mean she was only 10...maybe. The beach is about 40 years old and i get the feeling its never been detected. The black dolphin ring on the right is silver, its marked 925 on the inside but to turn that black it've had to been on the bottom of the lake for a while. The other ring is just a junker thats bent extremely bad. Also, I've found a lot of older pull tabs that would've been removed if any good detectorists had been through there in the recent years. When i got into deeper water i got the impression it was really trashy but its just a bunch of good signals on top on each other. At one point I was pulling up quarters in every scoop even though it never seemed the signal never moved. The only problem is, is that there are rocks so digging is rough and its in neck deep water so digging is even slower.

Looks like fun! What's the brass pencil looking thing?

I know what you mean digging in that depth of water.
That is where the good stuff is .
Congrats and good luck on a virgin site !

Some good looking stuff there pards! Youve got some dark coins and your rings look like the tide has been comprossing them a little. I'd guess your pulling up some stuff thats sat there a while. Keep on it and I bet some gold will come out of that hole. Good Luck!

I'm not really sure it looks like some type of allen wrench with diffenrent sizes as you twist the handle.

The rings have definatly sat awhile but its freshwater so there isn't really a tide. Went today and found two necklace pieces. One was a heart and the other a butterfly, but not gold or silver.

Hmmm I am used to seeing rings get bent out of shape in the tide.....it could be the retrieval scoop

Nah i found it under the floating basketball goal so someone either dunked it one too many times or it may have been stepped on, because its only waist deep
